Light of the World deals with the here and now and our collective responsibility for what the future might become. It is about what is visible, hidden, secret and what is concealed within and our accountability for what that future might be. It is about creating love and hope from uncertainty and pain in the spotlight of the world around us and the challenges that this creates for us.

Produced and recorded during the lockdown and reflecting some of the current mood. Parallaxis is about re-enforcing the need of us all to question what we witness, look at things from a different perspectives and to look beyond the lies.

The Arboretum - Dark bass lines and shimmering guitars. The Arboretum combine stunning visuals with a rich cinematic Post-Rock sound. Exploring themes of post-industrial decline, eastern mysticism, environmental and urban renewal and a looming dystopian future where shadows fall on hope and love.
The Arboretum are a collaborative musical project driven by brothers Keith & Chris Trim and featuring Nina Peacock on violin, adding an additional texture on top of their trademark wall of sound, combining instrumental composition with lyrical layers.
