Diggin Deep

Attending Shambhala as my first ever music festival in 2012 was such a pivotal moment in my life - helping me find my path and be comfortable dancing down it. At the time I didn't even know I'd ever even want to be a DJ. You could say I was just a.... civilian. 

Playing the festival on my favourite stage 10 years later was a very mind-blowing full circle moment, and it means a lot to me to put this recording out there. I hope you enjoy listening as much as I did making and playing it.

Thank you to everyone who filled up the dance floor, all the artists who's music is featured in the mix, all the people who made the event happen, and everyone who wanted to but couldn't be there - for whatever reason.

Civillian Live At The Grove - Shambhala 2022

11 years ago I recorded my first Coma Dose mix. Since that day it's been my goal to make it all the way to number 10. These mixes have brought me so much joy over the years and today I am very proud to share with you, Number 10! Woo Hoo! It seemed like a pretty unlikely goal back then and I never would have made it here without the support and encouragement from all my friends and fans. I friggin love you guys. Thank you soooo much for listening for over a decade. I hope these mixes got at least one of y'all laid lol. I wanted this one to be unique so it's probably the most upbeat one... a little more boogie than babymaking. I really hope you guys dig it, this one is a decade in the making!

This was the first time I'd ever played a sunrise Coma Dose set. I hadn't intended to record it, at first, but it really was a special set that I'll never forget and a lot of folks have been asking about it. Also I feel like I owe it to all the homies, trolls, fans and fam that stayed up all night to wub with me at the crack of dawn. This is for you. At my first Otherworld I played 5 completely different sets but I was really stoked for this one because I've wanted to play a live Coma Dose set for years. It went down at the Temple of Eternal Nectar stage at Sunrise. and it was magical.
