The Assignment: Create a new track from three tracks from three different netlabels.

These are the steps:

Step 1: Create a new piece of music by using nothing but the following segments of the following songs:

Step 3: Then listen to and comment on tracks uploaded by your fellow Disquiet Junto participants.

Deadline: This assignment was made in the evening, California time, on Thursday, January 29, 2015, with a deadline of 11:59pm wherever you are on Monday, February 2, 2015.

Length: The length of your finished work should be between two and four minutes.

I could probably have mixed a couple more styles of hard dance in, but I think these four were plenty enough!!! Acid Techno doesn't have Hard in it, but it's a bloody hard style of music none the less!
When I first got into rave music, Hard House hadn't quite developed it's unique sound, and when it did, that's what I used to mix mostly on my Technics 1210's, but I never found it an easy style to mix, too many breaks for my liking, I got quite in to Psychedelic Trance, there were loads of good labels in the 90's, and it was quite interesting to see how it progressed over the years, into Psytrance.
Over the course of many years, I mixed many types of electronic music, I think after Psychedelic Trance came Acid Techno, around 1994 - 95, I was instantly hooked! It was when I realised that Punk and Rave had truly joined forces, and most of the DJ's were from the Punk scene, well they sure looked like Punks, The Liberator DJ's and Rowland The Bastard, Punk Floyd, The best set I ever played, was at a free party at Tricky Warren Farm and was Acid Techno, playing tunes from labels like, Stay Up Forever, Routemaster, Smitten and Cluster Records, Good Fucking Times!
Unlike a lot of people I knew, I liked to keep up with the current types of rave, and eventually started to play a mixture of Techno and Progressive House, and dare I say, actually started to get quite good, to this day, Progressive House is one of my favourite types of dance music to mix, bringing tracks in stealthily as a faint sound which steadily builds until it's become the new track, with tracks lasting 10 + minutes! Awesome!!! 😻🍺🍄💊💖🦞😁
I nearly forgot to mention the photo, yes one of them is me! 😹 so fucking young!  It reminds me of pictures of the Harry Potter cast from the first movie! Lol, Fucking Hilarious!!!
