This song is about struggling with anxiety and depression. It’s time to break the mold and bring awareness. This is the second song I wrote when I started doing music in may 2019 and it is my heart bleeding before you.

Just like my life. 

Last year, after some serious trauma, I woke up in the middle of the night with this newfound ability to write and compose music...a month later and I found myself with a guitar in my hand. Still figuring out the singing part but the lyrics are my heart bleeding in words. 

I don’t listen to music, have no idea who is relevant, know maybe 3 covers, and pop culture is a foreign language. That’s probably not going to change. We’ll say it keeps me fresh 🤷🏽‍♀️

This was not my plan. My background is in business, and then having a litter of children. But here I am now...and music is the reason I am alive. If I could accomplish one thing with my music it would be to let everyone know YOU are NOT alone. You don’t have to suffer silently. I’ll sit with you. 

Still figuring out how to use technology...totally open to help from anyone! 😬
