Veteran drum & bass artist Calyx continues his winning streak for Critical Music with two more masterfully rendered pieces of sonic art.

The clue is in the name on ‘Repercussion’, as the legendary producer keeps things relatively low-key with a frenetic, percussive drum workout that bustles with congas and intricate rhythms.

‘Forever’ takes a heavier, more experimental path; with a slicing, hypnotic kick-snare beat locking Calyx’s trademark twisted mid-bass and foreboding atmospherics into an irresistible groove.
