Now that you're a LEED AP,
You're only speccing LEDs!
Never chop down any of those trees!
Send all your money to USGBC!
Ever since you got credentials, you!
Installing bike racks just like everywhere!
You got your curb cuts and your bioswales!
Photovoltaics on the roof up there!
Ever since you got credentials, you!
Trading vinyl tiles for the cork floor.
Shop within 500 miles for your wood source.
Testing building seals with that blower door.
Now that you're a LEED AP,
Seems like you've got less time for me.
You're busy counting credits up in your spreadsheet,
Keep saying "ASHRAE", I don't know what that means.
You used to build on all that green space,
Destroying ecosystems, habitats.
You didn't insulate your duct chase,
You're losing BTUs and all of that.
Now that you're a LEED AP,
You pick your site for walkability.
Access to transit, you know that's the key.
I hope your client pays certification fees.
