Gavin C. is a session bassist and composer from the United States who specializes in progressive metal, neoclassical, experimental genres, and the avant-garde.  He studied music theory, classical composition, and jazz performance at Mt. San Jacinto College and maintained a 3.7 GPA with a triple major in music, audio engineering, and auto mechanics.  As a musician dedicated to the art of bass he has chosen to focus solely on bass guitar and double bass in order to faithfully perform their traditional foundational roles as supporting instruments and to explore their melodic and solo potential in appropriate contexts. His career as a session musician consists of mostly live performances with artists such as: Dianthvs, Macro, Billy and the Rebels, Jane and the Jungle, Temple Monarc, and others.
