We are very proud to welcome another daydreamers series guest, a boss-man behind Drivecom label - Boris Divider. This is a live recording of his a/v performance in Madrid in February 2014. 

After more than a decade walking on a  club oriented electronic music, Boris is now turning his sound into a new stage where experimental electronica, audiovisual performance and audio/video synchronism gets an important role.

Everything is arranged in an environment where he plays an improvisation in each moment as if it was an all-in-one audiovisual instrument. A full man-machine interface relationship. From slow progressive tracks, to pseudo-industrial, drone, digital error, analog synth line, past, present, future... living in an endless renewed state.

From the depths of one of the hard disks founded in BD's studio we recovered an album with files created around 2014-2015. All these tracks were composed around the optical science theme and compiled under the optx (optics) name folder. 

Musically speaking you'll find a mix between electronica and experimental electro without the usual beats but keeping the vibe combined also with an advanced treatment of synthesis, including granular and timestretching massive programming methods and speech synthesis on voices. Sometimes the minimal sound approach reminds a THX1138 atmosphere surrounded by digital sounds and bleeps, textures of noise and drones create several places as if they were recorded in a clean and dry lab facility. 

As usual in Artificial Domain, this edition is released on CD and digital download only (Flac or uncompressed formats recommended) to enjoy all the audio spectrum, from ultra low ends to ultra high pitch frequencies which couldn't be possible on vinyl format.
