A Stockholm based artist, Zement Berlin resident and member of Violazioni Sonore agency, Alnö is exploring the deep, hypnotic and atmospheric sounds of techno, inspired by the environment and the sound of nature, Alnö is also the name of her place of birth, a Nordic island of strong elements, powerful surroundings and northern melancholy.

Alnö embraces dark experimental soundscapes of vitalizing frequencies, textures, driving components, rough pulsation and psychedelic influences and her playful, well composed style and well produced, selected tracks signifies her sets.

I met Thomas not so long ago through the guys at Compound in Amsterdam. Thought Id check out his stuff and I really liked the sound of a few of his studio mixes. Well thought through and represents , to me at least, one of the better sides of techno that people like here in Holland.
