Story: When sans and alphys were doing experiments together, at one moment alphys thought about an experiment, injecting a monster with a mixture of monster dust and a little bit of determination, enough to have reactions and not too mcuh so the patient wouldn't melt, sans though this experiment would be dangerous and Asgore would never accept such things to be tested, so sans volunteered himself to be the patient of their own experiment, Alphys was hesitant at first but sans convinced her that the experiment wouldn't be done if any of us sacrified themselves, So alphys injected sans with the mixture (with safety measures where sans is put in an fortified room) Sans for some hours felt unconcious, when he woke up he stared at alphys and tried to break through the glass, Alphys turned on safety measures and made up escuses to why sans isn't coming back, having deep regret and sadness in her. After some years, when frisk is at the start of snowdin, Alphys reopens the room, hoping she could help him, after all it was years since he was here ther's no way nothing changed or he even survived, when opening the door, Sans was in a corner not moving, eating what was left of his jacket, he looked at alphys and jumped on her, trying to kill her, alphys barely survived using an electric weapon and left, hiding, sans got out of the Lab and started killing every monster he saw and then eating their dust. 
Personality:
He likes to play around with papyrus, not killing him but making him think he is doing it.
He is very lunatic.
He still does joke but they are rather... creepy or strange than anything.

extra: 
His physical strengh got developped a lot, but he doesn't uses blasters anymore.
He doesn't remember a lot about his past.
For him killing the human is more for fun than anything, they don't produce dust.

For 2 years, since dustbelief came out and that horrible DSB track made itself felt, I hoped that a better track could be made than the previous one, and after 2 long years my dream came true.
I really thank @BenyiC03 for helping me to do this OST, it really means a lot for me. it was really fun to do it, especially when it comes to style.
I really hope you enjoy this progress too.
