Not much is revealed about Lovers Anonymous other than it's a newly formed collaboration between an established artist and his/her lover. "Liminal has been the soundtrack to our love affair," describing The Acid's sound as "deeply sexy". They have delivered a deep yet euphoric rework of 'Fame', their sound clearly influenced by the melodic structures of the likes of John Talabot, Caribou, Tale of Us, DFA Records and the deep house sensibility of Edu Imbernon and David August, etc.

Fame (Lovers Anonymous Remix)

When a young guy from Orenburg, Russia- which is about 900 miles southeast of Moscow, near the Kazakhstan border- sent us a remix of Fame we didn't have high expectations. But this beautiful droney, dream synth, dancefloor rework is possibly our favourite yet.
