As part of Jägermeister's "Be the Meister" campaign, the selected up-and-coming artist @konradkanton was given the opportunity to prove his talent and produce a track together with @pan-pot. Within a 3-day co-creation in Berlin's Riverside Studios, a masterful collaboration between the artists resulted in a powerful hit suitable both for big stages and open airs.

Rodrigo Bermejo a.k.a. DJ Nuke is the most important DJ's of the new wave of techno talents from Madrid. Having been a huge part of the techno scene in Madrid since the late 90's, Nuke hosts his won Cultura Techno radio show and is resident at Fabrik where he hosts his own Code events.



Going Upstairs brings together a variety of styles to create one absorbing piece. From heavy, mechanical tech groove to disco bassline undertones and trance-like synth patterns in the break, this is an inventive and ear-catching debut for NUKE on MB Elektronics.



Mark Broom lends his ever-reliable skills to this release with a no-nonsense remix that retains the distinctive stylistic mash-up of the original but streamlines the arrangement into a throbbing and hypnotic techno bomb.

Slam and Obscure Shape & SHDW step up for the second wave of Radio Slave ‘Grindhouse’ remixes on Rekids this February.

One of techno’s most iconic records, ‘Grindhouse’ first appeared on Radio Slave’s ‘No Sleep’ series before spawning multiple remixes from Dubfire, Danton Eeprom, Terence Fixmer and Nic Fanciulli. Kick-started by Len Faki, last year saw the announcement of a series of remixes with more to come from Vatican Shadow, Markus Suckut, Lady Starlight and Special Request.

Complete with relentless kicks, sinister drones and industrial elements, Part Two is not for the faint-hearted. Starting with Slam, the Soma bosses keep things dark, with rattling top lines and echoing effects resulting in a truly decadent techno floor destroyer.

Following a remix of Radio Slave’s ‘Vision’ in 2016, Obscure Shape & SHDW’s abilities are held in high regard by the Rekids owner and their rework of ‘Grindhouse’ reinforces why. Complete with a rumbling low- end, metallic melodies and soaring synths, the From Another Mind founders continue to establish themselves as two of techno’s most exciting names.

Matt Edwards and multifaceted artist Patrick Mason team up as SRVD with debut release entitled ‘ELEVATE’ dropping on Rekids this August. 

Whether as Radio Slave or his various other monikers, Matt Edwards is one of electronic music’s most consistent and innovative artists. Ever since his early reinterpretations of Kylie Minogue and New Order, Edwards has continually commanded respect as a producer and in-demand remixer, whilst as a label owner his Rekids imprint is undoubtedly one of house and techno’s most influential platforms. 

Meanwhile, Patrick Mason continues to conquer the fashion world; a devout club kid and gifted creative turning heads as an outstanding art director, illustrator and model, whose extensive artistic talents include a unique and compelling voice destined for dancefloors. 

SRVD’s story begins when the pair met in Panorama Bar, which soon led to Edwards and Mason hanging out at the studio and later evolved into improvised performances in Berlin’s club scene and beyond. ‘ELEVATE’ perfectly captures the raw spirit and vibe of their live show, with whispering vocals ushering in precision kicks and piercing stabs until Mason’s mesmerising voice comes fully into play. 

An homage to the New York vogue scene and a huge hit at Panorama Bar - where the pair have set the house on fire with three unannounced shows so far this year - ‘NASTY’ is a syncopated, bass-driven monster of a cut complete with infectious claps and metallic effects.

Bombing Lessions

When you listen to an Industrialyzer track, it doesn’t take long to figure out where his name comes from. These are soundscapes that instantly transport you someplace else, built for cavernous warehouses where regular rules don’t apply. The Portugal-born, Amsterdam-based producer born Ricardo Rodrigues maintains his consistent form on the Moonstone EP with four slamming tracks made for these very conditions.
The title track Moonstone beats you into oblivion with a relentless kick, distorted vocals relaying an urgent directive – “let’s get high” – and scuzzy, whipping synths. On Kontrol peals of synth cut through a thick mist of white noise and the ever-present kick, while one word, stuck on repeat, suggests the best kind of loss of “control”. Daily Nova is a more vibrant track, with housey chords laid over a pulsing beat to create a feeling of delicious unease. And on Psychic Overlays, Rodrigues wades back into darker waters in a pummelling peak time cut and assault on the senses. These are four pumping tracks perfect for sweaty techno bunkers.
