My name is Rolando Pardo. I am the founder/composer of The Ambient. This band has been a premonition that I've had in my head for some time now. Combining the energy and purity of light with the dissonance of progressive rock music. There is a passion and goal to not conform, being told what to do or play, and to live modestly. Rock stars come and go, but a soulful musicians music last forever. Posted here is my debut album entitled "Totality". It was recorded in a home studio using various recording software and equipment. The songs were then mixed and mastered by Ellen Fitton of Universal Mastering Studios. All instruments, vocals, and noises are performed physically by me. No drum machines or synthesizers.
