This track is about how people forget about you when you make a few bad choices and poof all if a sudden they think they're so much better than you and they prey on your unfortunate choices or circumstances and they try to cover it up . Basically they rob you blind and think they got away with it bit you pull yourself outta the hole they dig you and now it's fuck them time to do you and not give a fuck about them they wanna forget about you so now your honna forget about them and blow your new found success right up there ass just to piss them off as there stock that they thought was on the rise starts to come crashing down fast and hard. It is then at this point they become Forgotten just what they did to you without hesitation you now do right back to the
them without even acknowledging there fuckin existence.  Favor for a favor right ? Exactly!!!

Hearty Meal was written and recorded by The Anonymous Poet in Toronto on August 18th 2025 and the track references his personal life living in the big city of Toronto where it is becoming way too expensive to even live day to day, let alone survive. 

I would personally like to say  Thank you to Donald Trump for creating the bullshit tariffs that are affecting myself tremendously and to all of our world leaders that are slowly creating the psoples war which will eventually be called World War III when it finally does happen. Every day is a struggle as I just try to get by and survive up here in the 6ixxx and a hearty Meal is few and far between nowadays or so it seems.
