'Tower of Babel' was born of humming birds and the three years of viscous river ooze dripping from our mouths. a boschian tale of queer fertility, a line under everything, a nervous glimpse of something scurrying under the bed. all this and more explored throughout its monumental twenty minute runtime. this album stumbles naked from noise rock to hyperfolk, always completely delirious, vomiting darkwave and a kind of minimalism onto your lawn.

the first single is called 'manta ray'. something horrible has washed up on the shore, in your room, at the club, in this dream. in this dream i am running towards some glimmer of moonlight, hollow and completely out of my mind.

i am trying to break through to you, the listener; i want nothing more than to be the swirling vortex of feedback and pop sensibilities that you need me to be. this album is a part of that, i think. i hope there is something for you, no matter how brief. thank you.

London based Indie-psyche outfit, Spill started life with two sets at Glastonbury 2019. Since then, they’ve completed a UK tour and released six tracks on their label, Airdriver records. The band have gained some notable fans with Tom Robinson (BBC 6 Music) calling their recent Single, Inertia a "mini masterpiece" and have gained attention from a host of publications including DIY.  Their music has been likened to Crumb, Radiohead and Unknown Mortal Orchestra.
