Passing Through

An incredibly rough idea for a hip hop beat made very quicky on Virtual DJ of all programs- two completely plagerised samples as I have no means of composing my own stuff- the melody is from the song "The Atrocity" by Biffy Clyro and the beat is some random dubstep drum loop I downloaded.

First go on Ableton Live Lite. Still don't know how to add effects or mix properly, so its allllll straightforward midi on the presets for now! Expect lots of clipping...

Coastal Eclipse (Unmixed demo)

My crappy acousticy cover of the first track from Biffy Clyro's first album "Blackened Sky". Recorded and mixed using two tracks both recorded through my laptop via my cube 30 practise amp using my geetar and a 10 pound argos kareoke mic. This is basically my first attempt to see if I could record and mix anything with the various random equipment and wires and jacks and adobe I have lying about the house.
