Discosafari 17-11-2017 The Barking Dogs

The Barking Dogs is the name of the dj/producers duo formed in 2006 by Cristian Croce and Nicola Mazzetti, based in Milan.
Coming from different musical backgrounds, they found together a unique sound that was immediately poured into the first independent releases and then in the EPs released on Mad on The Moon, Gomma, Panini By Rush Hour, Optimo Trax by Optimo Music. As JD Twitch said:
"Eccentric for sure but cer/fied dancefloor winners for those bored to death with generic, lifeless, clinical dancefloor fodder.”
Twice on tour in Japan, they’re often abroad for gigs, but Milan is certainly their main stage: in 10 years they played in almost every club of the city, with historical residences at the legendary Plastic.
When playing, they drag the dancefloor with an eclectic taste, moving smoothly from rock to techno depending on the situation: their four-handed djset is an energetic experience of guaranteed fun.
Nicola is the owner of the well known Serendeepity record store. Cristian (aka Henry Cane) is also part of the duo Boot & Tax, is founder of the party Discosafari and of Ruvido Records, which inaugurated its first release in early 2018 with the EP SWB/ Liquid Strategies by The Barking Dogs.
