This is a traditional street ballad that is sung from teh viewpoint of a father reaching out to one of his sons who has made the journey over to America from Ireland in the late 1800s. It highlights the disconnect of the old world and the new in a truly transitional time in Irish history. A special thanks to Dan for his excellent harmonies.

Kilkelly

This is a song that laments those lost in the battles of World War I. A great number of Irish volunteers fought and died during the conflict. This is a simple call for peace from the perspective of a wandering songwriter.

The Green Field of France

A wonderful sea shanty by the late, great Stan Rogers. Simple and straightforward, it's all about the story with this song.

Barrett's Privateers

A very lovely tune by the band Great Big Sea. It's one of our favorites to play and tells a great story. Enjoy!
