The Barrys (Bedford based Drunk Folk/ Acoustic Punk Band)

The Barrys (Bedford-based Drunk Folk / Acoustic Punk) are the new band from  songwriters James & Liam Burke. 

The brothers (vocals & guitar) met housemates Mary (violin) and Larry (percussion,  harmonica, sax) on the Bedford music/drinking scene centred around The Pad nightclub (RIP) and Bedford Esquires. 

After a few years gigging sporadically under vague/dodgy names of The Burke Brothers/The Great British Burke Off - including support slots for Sean McGowan, Gaz Brookfield,  Babar Luck (King Prawn) and LA Salami - they have decided to try and do it properly. ...ish
