This unreleased remix was made 30 years ago in 1991 without the use of computers and software. It will resonate with those people who remember The Dholl Company and the original Case of Bass series.
There were two rival cover versions released at the time of the original folk song 'Paar Ligadhe' by both Safri and Satrang. The idea was to turn them into a duet remix and add live Dholki playing and drums on top.

He was an influential figure in the Punjabi music industry and represents a huge loss to his family, friends, fans, Punjabi music, and ultimately Punjab. In this episode we spoke about our feelings and implications of his death at the time.
