Having relocated to Brighton, Keel Her returns to full-tilt, dream-fuzz tuneage with new single “Don’t Look At Me”, taken from her new full-length now available on Critical Heights.

“Don’t Look At Me” is a real gem that comes equipped with everything you love about Rose Keeler-Schäffeler’s take on pop music – those echoey vocals, tumbledown beats and a melody line plucked from a battered Strat. As ever, it trips a wonderful line between joy and melancholy and doesn’t outstay its welcome – one for repeated-spinning into the cold nights ahead.       

Our prolific hero serves up a real beauty on the flip too – “Pussywhipped” starts with bright keys and whirlpools, then once the hook soars you’re won over by another Keeler-Schäffeler mini-masterpiece.
