This song is a collaboration between writer/poet Nick Kira and myself with the help of The Noisy Brain - a community that brings together writers and musicians to create art around the topics of mental health.

The song speaks to the moments of solitude and escapism from the daily mental health struggles. The soulful guitar parts and vocals aim to capture the personal journey of finding balance within oneself.
