Void+1 launches its Year-3, "CONVERGENCE," with a formidable EP by Cam Lasky, XENOMORPH: BISHOP.
The previous 5 volumes of his Xenomorph release series have been native to his own label, KWAIOTO, however, the latest installment, a release that exemplifies the cutting edge of modern electronic music, finds its home on Void+1 Recordings.
Known for his narrative-driven approach, Cam dissolves the boundaries of techno and once again demonstrates an intimidating production prowess across a variety of cinematically charged styles. "Fiorina 161" is a peak-time monster, "Synthetics" and "XX121" evoke a trailer-esque, score-like mood while "341-B Pt.2" unleashes breakbeat-mayhem.
For the closing track, we have Scalameriya on remix duty for "XX121", which he transforms into a stripped-down, ritualistic offering with his signature scare-tactic twist on the breakdown.

This is the return of the collaborative project ‘VOFA’, by Sawf and ANFS, on Pi Electronics. The Athens based duo, that put out the label’s debut release, deliver another 4-tracker of their signature sound for the 5th Pi record. PI05.1 is a bass line oriented composition of thrilling beauty, while PI05.2 and PI05.4 provide different takes on the main PI05 theme: one leaning closer to UK breaks’ influences and the other closer to industrial, hard hitting broken beats. Pi05.3 offers a driving tool of distorted realities and tuning bass lines. It has been two years since the first compilation on the Various Artists series (PEVA) of Pi Electronics and the concept has stayed true to its aim: to present a coherent selection of the label’s favourite collaborators from the roster and parties over the years. Bringing together Greek and international artists, this compilation opens with a 10 minute recording by the combined forces of Orphx and JK Flesh (Justin Broadrick), from a live performance recorded in Amsterdam. Meanwhile we also showcase the resurfacing of Vofa, the joint project of producers Sawf and ANFS. There is a variety of options in this 13 tracks release; from the raw and harsh textures of An-i and New Frames, to Lycurgus live drum set recordings, Kondaktor’s African percussive electronics and Sarin’s EBM infused techno. Some more techno interpretations, such as the hypnotic moods of Stave and Fragedis, or the more punchy sounds of Restive Plaggona and Poison Green. These shape the full picture of this second Pi Electronics compilation titled ‘Divide & Rule’.

Prague collective Wrong is proud to present first solo release in their catalogue by Prague-based French producer Léo Hivert aka The Undertaker's Tapes. His debut album On the Last Day on Area Z label followed by several remixes and contributions to various compilations made him one of the most promising upcoming producer within the EBM and industrial scene. Autolysis is the first in planned series of recordings exploring theme of body and decay. It serves as the opening act focusing on cellular auto-destruction which comes as a mirror to the introspectional work that we have been put through during these doomed times. The Undertaker’s Tapes brings here doze of destruction in diverse approaches: from angry industrial through EBM dance-floor killers to noisy melancholia. 6 original tracks are accompanied by ritualistic heavy collaboration with French producer Incendie and four remixes delivered by EBM machinery Mind Matter, rising Czech techno madman C4AT and two members of Wrong collective HYΛEN and Trauma.
