In my head I was like: what if Prince sat down with OVO and Doja Cat to make song. And this is what I crafted. I was heavily influenced by How Come You Don’t Call Me. There are some Hyperpop and  classic hip hop sampling elements.

This is like if Imagine Dragons, 21 Pilots, and Ty Dolla Sign did a song together. Production by Matrixx - he went off.

BREATHE (Respire)

When I made this song originally a few years ago, I think I was just too ahead of curve. It definitely merges Hyperpop and style of EDM popularized by Zedd and Redone. The vocal lead gave Christina Aguilera energy and I’m all for it!

If you know me, I’m a big Prince and Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis fan. So I build this song from the ground up. I created all of the sounds that you hear on this song. Literally, sampling and creating the drum samples from random sounds and running them thru a MPC & tape machine. Crafting the synths and Paisley Organ using Roli Blocks and Kilohearts plugins. Think PYT, BTS (K Pop), and Lenny Kravitz in the vocals. S/o and RIP to Will “Isfat” Burton for helping me craft this song and Matrixx for helping me bring it all together.
