Written and recorded in a farmyard during a single bank holiday weekend in 2003, it is raw and incomplete but captures the band at the height of their creative powers. Frog Morris provides some expected moments of conceptual art madness while recent recruits Jim Parker and Alan Fulcher push the band in a heavier musical direction. Previous collaborators Bob Inman and Theo Morris also appear to add moment of humour and folky respite.

The album was produced by Frog Morris. He recorded all the sound using a single stereo mic which he moved around between the musicians arranged in a field and sheds. At times the album descends in to a cacophony of animals noises and guitar distortion, but amongst the chaos moments of true inspiration can be found. The album features an early version of Angry Badger, recorded sat on a log in moments after it was first composed. Other treats can also be discovered in this ill-conceived conceptual masterwork which tramples drunkenly between rock and live art during a prolific weekend recording session.
