Where should you be in life right now? What should you have accomplished? How should you be spending your time? How should you be expressing self love? How should you be yourself? Should. Should. Should. At the end of the day, this word is on the same level as “can’t”, limiting people in embracing their reality and achieving their dreams.  This episode is all about tackling and repurposing the word “should” to its rightful place, so that we don’t set ourselves up to fall before giving ourselves the chance to fly.
