We’re thrilled to welcome one of our favorite Romanian producers in the past few years to step up for the next podcast. Direkt has been on fire with consistent quality releases and remixes time after time.  With releases on Priku’s imprint Atipic, and other heavy weights like UVAR, Botanic Minds, and Subtil – Direkt’s tracks have been making there way into many sets and getting heavy support. Estamos de volta! Abrindo a segunda dezena de episódios, hoje trazemos um dos novos expoentes do dark minimal na América Latina. Blumenauense, começou a tocar em 2014, e produzir em 2020. Inspirado pelos imensos Ricardo Vilallobos e Mihigh, ele fundou a gravadora Fratii em setembro de 2018, o nome significa irmãos em romeno, e a gravadora deu início quando ele e alguns amigos começaram a fazer festas, voltadas para o minimal romeno, com a finalidade de difundir esse estilo que era pouco conhecido para as festas do Médio Vale do Itajaí. Hoje a label conta com mais de 43 lançamentos, além de 2 discos lançados, sendo que o terceiro disco será lançado, em 05 de janeiro de 2023. Hoje ele estará aqui tocando solo, mas já lançou conosco, no segundo episódio, com seu projeto ARBE, junto com Arthus.

Yard Stories #007 - Paul K

Another massive analoque tape is out today by the romanian artist & producer Incolor. His previous releases appeared on labels like Modeight, The Senss, YARN RECORDS, Pleasure Zone, Venum Lab, LA Clap. He invites us to a two hours journey winding through modulating percussion, sub swells, and bubbling synth. The whole tape is driven by a deep rolling groove. Incolor concludes the mixtape with dynamic drums, wandering bass licks and hypnotizing atmospherics.
