We discuss the main problem areas such as shoulders, hips, spine, and knees.
We give you mobility, soft tissue work and prehab for these main areas.
We also give tips on how to organise your training programming around injuries.
How to make some exercise technique changes that will spare your joints.

We are all pro training sensibly for longevity.

We discuss the benefits of CrossFit in its multidisciplinary approach and how important it is to modify to suit your goals and biomechanics.

Shiv talks about how he found vegetarian for endurance events was beneficial. Then we discuss in general his philosophy around nutrition.

As a father to two young girls, we wrap up the conversation by talking about how he and his wife encourage and lead by example a healthy life. He talks about finding balance between work, training and family life.
