She is a beacon of hope after a long car ride; an exclamation of 'only 20 more minutes!'; a reminder of home. On the grandiose “Farewell (Brian’s Song)”, The Boo Radley Project bids so long to a once familiar face, mourning the changing landscape of their hometown. Through colourful lyricism, Boo pays homage to the local misfits, eccentrics, and those living on the fringes. Melodious piano, crashing drums, explosive trumpet lines, delicate guitar, and wistful violin help send one big farewell to Brian (and all those like him).

Funk The Trilogy (Humber Sessions)

The Boo Radley Project is a indie-funk septet founded in 2011 in a high school English class in Guelph, ON. 

Boo’s music evokes an intimate connection within the textured grooves, the kind that can only be conjured up by a group of close-knit friends. They have been likened to everyone from Wilco and Mr. Bungle to Primus and Tower of Power.

Boo’s toured coast to coast, packing into the 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan and playing festival stages at Hillside Festival, Halifax Pop Explosion, and Riverfest Elora. The band just released the single "Schneiders Sign, Take Me Home" in December, which Exclaim! called the "perfect ode to the ubiquitously sausage-laden roadside masterpiece" billboard along Highway 401.
