Pressure.

It’s easy for me to think it comes from the outside, as if an external force is weighing on my chest. Fear of something that might happen to me in the future—often without even knowing exactly what I’m afraid of. But the truth is, most of the time, the pressure comes from within me, projected onto the outside world. As if from some past self, not realizing that the feeling has little to do with present reality.

Under the right pressure, I can manifest things that I probably wouldn’t without it. But when it becomes too much, it can block me from actually doing the things I want. It’s a thin line, and navigating it can be difficult—I sometimes get caught up in it completely.

It’s asking me to set boundaries—not only towards others but, most importantly, for myself. And to do this, I first need to take ownership of it.

Try to see where it comes from, listen to it, relax into it, and use it to your advantage—as guidance in the right direction.
