The release ‘Anjuna To Arjuna’ by Ømen is inspired by the Hippie pilgrimage from the mid-1950s onwards, with a particular focus on the role of India and Indonesia. Anjuna in Goa, India, and Arjuna in Bali, Indonesia, played a key role in the artistic development, crafting Ømen’s sound and inspirations, which was later enhanced by the underground techno rave scene in London. Expect to hear a driving acid bassline, psytrance influences, distorted voices, and a touch of bounce.
