Label owner Rodrigo Ferran is back after a long time on his own label. Influenced by all the dark stuff that's going in the world, this EP will take you on a dark trip through some of the deepest raw moments and places in the world.  

Bio
Rodrigo Ferran is born in Belgium but his music is highly influenced by the magical island Ibiza. His style cannot be described in one or two words. It's a magic mix between (Dark)Techno, Melodic Techno, Tech House & Progressive. Expect deep emotional tracks with pumpin beats that make you bounce on the dancefloor. Since 2017 he started to work as the Label Manager for the Belgian Techno label MTZ Noir Records & the Tech House label MTZ Records. Due to the massive workload on both labels, he became the full-time Label Manager of MTZ Noir Records, trying to spread the MTZ Noir vibe in the Techno scene. After 2 years of hard work and great signings on the label, he focused more on his own career. As from 1 January 2020 he's now the owner/label director of the Belgian Techno label Bunk3r R3cords, giving talented and also well-known producers a base to release their quality Techno tracks. The label boomed with a whole lot of releases and that's why he launched a 2nd label called Bunk3r R3cords Red, for the more Progressive & Melodic Techno tracks.

For the the past year, South Korean imprint ABRX has explored material which exists at the intersection of cinema and electronics. The latest release from the label expands on this concept even further with the debut studio album from Ahraam. Human, All Too Human is 10 tracks of dramatic, multi-textured compositions which weave in and out of genres, moods and atmospheres for a rich sensory experience. The track titles recall famous cultural works and Ahraam masterfully transports the listener into the song’s environments. Today we host, “Unchained”, which is one of our favorites of the album and a rhythmic episode of industrial flares and guitar feedback which makes for a epic journey.

Pan-European label aurora. continues on its mission to connect people through techno with a new EP that shines a light on some essential talents in France. This various artist four tracker was selected by Justine Perry and features Horzin, Casual Treatment, Arkan and Ket Robinson.Through its releases, aurora. explores country- and city-specific techno variations and makes bridges between these different creative enclaves, forming bonds between artists and listeners and giving a voice to the more unknown and unusual scenes out there. The label kicked off with a well received, Europe-wide compilation before offering Morning
Rituals Vol. 1, a collection of music to be heard during the calm of the early morning, or moments of deep thought and solitude.
Horzin kicks off with the powerful 'Take Them', a brutalist techno track that has heavy kicks and walls of fizzing, dystopian synth. It builds and then falls away at a menacingly purposeful tempo to bring real tension and destruction to the
dance floor. Melvyn Ortega Aka Casual Treatment is next and is a Paris born but Berlin based artist who has landed on Quartz Rec, Binary Cells and Decoy with his thrillingly uncompromising sounds. His 'Young, Brash & Careless' builds
from a dubby minimal groove into a twisted and hard hitting cut with real urgency The drum programming, relentless percussion and twisted lead synth take you deep down a rabbit hole.
Then comes Arkan. 'Distant Path' is his contribution and is a high speed and bouncy techno cut with search-light like synths and cantering drums blazing a path into the future. It is a perfectly hypnotic track that gets you in a daze. Last but not least is Ket Robinson, a producer with a lust for driving drum machine sounds and captivating synths on labels like No Response, Turing Wheel and Fabrik Music. His streamlined and linear 'Hypnotic Beat' is just that as a it races forwards on a slick and serene techno groove. With this fantastic collection, aurora. once again comes good on its original goal to shine deserving light on exciting musical scenes and sounds from all over Europe

The label is known for their aggressive punk/industrial/noise releases and this is their first techno oriented EP, with 4 tracks of eviscerating industrial techno. 

"A fall of the human condition, inspired by real work experience in armaments army production. Pain, sweat, frustration and social alienation combines as aggressive methods of mental repression in the interaction between body and city, expressing discomfort and lose of power on the existence."
