The Darkwave/Synthwave act formed in 2021 and fronted by Christopher McIvor from the Gold Coast, Australia delivers a deeply personal body of work developed over four years and dedicated to the memory of close friend Benaiah Fiu. Each track channels love, loss, and memory through haunting melodies, evocative vocals, and emotionally rich atmospheres.

"Miércoles de encierro" comes off the new EP, Una Semana, forthcoming on Plasmodia. ‘Una semana’ presents a spectrum of emotional and creative states: while some days pulse with glitchy rhythms, others lean toward atmospheric contemplation, and still others carry the weight of frenetic desire. All of them intertwine influences and moods that evoke techno, electro, and experimental ambient. Now, years after those recordings, Erótica Castro revisits them, and although the encounter adds new durations and perspectives that might seem to belong to someone else, they ultimately return to the same self, closing the cycle of a solitary yet transformative moment.

For the 33rd release of the Acid Avengers series, we invited two projects made by four veterans of the french electronic scene. 

Fondzyo, a new duo composed of John Lord Fonda and Kazyo (half of Teenage Bad Girl), is delivering here its first release. 

Nomenklatür, the pair formed by the founders of Elektrofon, is already known for bomb releases on Clivage records and Thisbe recordings. 

On this new split EP, both projects offer a 303 journey made with mental groove, deep rythms and of course some pure acid techno.
