The Southern California-based artist has nearly a decade in the industry, working in various outlets but 2018 saw the formation of Selective Response - a project focused squarely on techno, industrial, EBM and electro. He has since released some major tracks which have received support from some of the biggest in the game. In addition, 2019 saw the formation of his label, Crisis of Man, which also aims to further this sound. Today we present this high octane, four alarm mix which is a relentless take on techno and beyond. Vulkanski is a new project from Tbilisi concrete catacombs by the pioneer of the Georgian techno scene, producer, live performer and resident DJ at KHIDI.

Vienna-born and Berlin-based DLV is not a blank slate in Europe’s techno industry. He defines his music as a realm of sinister peak-time Techno.

A strong focus on productions and his DJ career made him score an underground hit called “Rave Instructor“. This heavy dance-floor weapon achieved some big support coming from techno royalties such as Amelie Lens, Regal, and many more.

Besides his longstanding residency at Grelle Forelle, he kept pushing his personal limits. As founder of Acid Techno Techno Club, a Vienna-based label and event series he started working as well behind the scenes and contributing to the techno industry. Soon he became a well-known and respected figure in the Austrian capital’s Techno scene.

Exterminador is the DJ alias of Mario Resta, a similarly multi-tasking music collector, label owner, professional record spinner and analogue techno/electro producer with a deep back catalogue of ultra savvy records.

Resta launched his solo imprint in 2016. Exterminador Records focuses on OG electro and leftfield techno. Upcoming releases will touch on electro, wave,industrial and ambient. Resta was a key figure in the establishment of The Record Loft in Berlin and continues his involvement in the local scene.

Intro Transcription: "Hello, welcome back to another episode of the Tracklistings Radio Show, I’m your host Riky Jacho, and today we kick off the first hour of our show with an exclusive mix of Industrial Techno by Darko Kolar aka Katran, a multifaceted Serbian artist who is part of several solo and duo projects, namely the “Ontal” duo, “Impuls Controls” which is a project of Ontal and Blush Response, and of course his main solo project “Katran”. He’s also the founder of the “Jezgro Label” and “Ontal Series”, and he recently released his debut album “Above The Concrete” on the pioneering German label “HANDS” – which has been active since 1990. Links to his album are in the description. For the second part of the show, the London based dj, producer and singer – Ann LoV, brings an astounding mix of Techno and Progressive exclusives. Katran is the main solo project of Darko Kolar, who is also one half of the Ontal. He is also part of Impuls Controls (a project of Ontal and Blush Response). Darko Kolar is also the founder of Jezgro label and Ontal Series.

Darko's musical career started in 2005, under the "Dekode" moniker. He passionately started to collect records and slowly to produce music. Soon enough he started to release music on different labels alongside names such as Si Begg, Radioactiveman, Sillicon Scally, Scape One, to name a few. Even until today he plays some of that old Electro, Breakbeat, IDM stuff that may be "forgotten".

The year of 2011. was one of the most important years in his musical career. Ever since forming Ontal, his musical career advanced. With Ontal being recognized amongst leading industrial Techno/Experimental names on the world scene, Darko has developed a new way of expressing himself through Katran project. He puts all of his creative force and energy into his music, so the stuff that he creates as Katran is dark, rough and intensive, always in a constant change.

In 2016 Darko launched a label called Jezgro. The first release was by MRTVI, on of the Huren's pseudonym and with additional remix by Violet Poison. The second release came out in 2017, created by the master of noise music - Merzbow. The main focus of the label is to represent more obscure, dark and unstructured parts of the electronic music. Crucial aesthetical core of the label are genres such as harsh noise, industrial Techno, drone, off beat Techno, rhythmic noise, Ambient and similar styles. 

In April of this year (2022), Darko released an album for HANDS. Beside the original tracks there are also a collaboration with KK Null, Surit (NX1), Elektroplasma and Fausten. Link to the album right here: https://handsofficial.bandcamp.com/album/above-the-concrete

Head of the newly minted, queer identifying VRAAA label and a celebrated protagonist on Berlin’s most sexually liberated dancefloor, Pornceptual, Projekt Gestalten is the identity of Brazilian techno producer and DJ, Diego Garcia. Exploring pornography as an artform with the Pornceptual collective for more than five years now, their ringside promotion of events and parties globally has seen Garcia’s divergent agenda encourage and inspire its guests to freely explore their sexuality. It took to a point where a recent Boiler Room in partnership with the collective was deemed too explicit for YouTube before finding vindication on PornHub.

Adorning their DJ sets in various forms of white wedding dresses and baroque embroidery, Projekt Gestalten’s sexual-kinks, queer desire and bold feminine spirit flaunts a unrivaled promiscuity of tongue-in-cheek tawdry that’s pushing techno music and its artistic, sexual appetites that much further. A figurehead within Berlin’s queer techno scene, and diamond in the rough of ‘twenty-tens’ Netlabel culture, Projekt Gestalten’s exploratory conquest of melodic, harmonic and hypnotic sounds is starting to spread around.

Having found pride of place as an established entity controlling soundtracks at risque nightspots and parties the world over - namely making their way through London, St. Petersburg and New York to Sao Paulo and Paris - Diego Garcia’s emergence from the obscure raves of Berlin and its presiding internet culture now sees the artist, with a burgeoning discography and remix catalogue for the reckoning, as an out and loud center stage presence and trailblazing queer, music identity.
