Swærm is a dj and producer based in Amsterdam.
His sound can be described as industrialised body music waving between the lines of EBM and industrial techno to create a twisted journey of chaotic melancholy. He is also co-runs N.I.M (Northern Industrial Movement) a club-night and podcast based in the Highlands of Scotland aimed at the darker and harsher side of techno.

The heavy hitting four track EP shines a light on Sangiuliano’s tight, thundering production skills. The hoover heavy lead track ‘Moon Rocks’ is packed with booming percussion, intricate synths and brooding crescendos. The EP encapsulates Sangiuliano’s wide spectrum of sounds ranging from the fat bass line of ‘Moon Rocks’ to the more delicate harmonies shown within the ‘Dutch Kiss’ mixes whilst ‘Ghettoblaster’ sits somewhere in between.

The second offering is a tough but soulful reflection of Mella's stomping grounds in South Yorkshire where he was inspired by sounds coming out of Warehouses. Arrow Of Time is the fourth studio album from Joel Mull who has managed to create a wonderful listening experience with his latest body of work. Full of originality deep feeling across the board, this electronic journey crosses the line of home listening with being able to provide added emotion on a dance floor.

For this DT:Premiere we selected the track “Ahead Of The Past” that has a bouncing intro from stabbing, rubbery sounds and metallic atmospherics that transport you to faraway lands.
