"Void+1" is officially starting to unleash its arsenal of 12 releases that have already been scheduled for 2023, and the journey starts with Scalameriya's "Nullification EP". On board are 4 tracks in different styles, specifically designed to showcase the variety of techno-branches that will be explored on the label in the future. From minimalistic structures to metallic stompers, hommages to 90's roots and electric breaks."


A1: "Hix.un'drakonez", a minimalistic, yet powerful mechanoid-track,  is designed to mirror the feeling of dread while sailing uncharted waters and overcoming unexpected, monstrous encounters. Classic "Scalameriya" synths, a cinematic breakdown and a melodic plot-twist! 

A2: "Nullification Alloy" takes no prisoners. A fierce 4/4, metal-bending stomper with piercing synth-vox design.

B1: "And... Action!" depictc a b-movie fighting-scene with a pinch of comedy. A combination of 90's synth-stabs, the amen-beat, record scratching, but everything is re-created digitally. 

B2: "Blinded By Nostalgia" is a melodic breakbeat track that attempts to simulate the scenario of whistling a track you heard before in the past that you can't remember the melody quite right of so you just fill in the gaps by yourself. 

X1: "Nullification Tool-X" a version of "Nullification Alloy" available only on Void+1 bandcamp with the purchase of the whole release.

Nour Kara, Iranian producer of electronic music, based in Istanbul, composes and performs in live with analog and digital machines. Her electronic music is not jailed in a style. Her influences vary from experimental, glitches, industrial, dark-wave, post-punk, EBM, electronic, techno and rock. She also integrates samples of instruments from the Middle East modulated by effects and texts in Persian. 

Sophie Du Palais, Sinister industrial wave music exploring themes of lust, hedonism, technological obsession & millennial alienation. Connecting techno, EBM, acid and electro with vestiges of dub and experimental electronics, Du Palais conjures an abrasive, intoxicating depiction of lust, hedonism, technological obsession and millennial alienation. With various acclaimed releases on Pinkman and more, Sophie Du Palais seized an uncompromising sense of style and intensity, an emergent new artist navigating a merciless, pleasure-seeking existence, from club to bedroom to screen, facing it all down with a cold glare, ready to light the fuse.

Kymmy [Methodic Investigations]

While Scalameriya's first album, Hubris (2016) on Genesa Records, was an exploration of what he considered "uncharted territory" at that time, Aeon Core (2022) on Perc Trax, on the other hand, was a process of cataloguing the various techno influences from his teenage years, seen through the lens of his modern, unmistakable style.
The next chapter of Scalameriya's turbulent saga in electronic music is Kornukopiya (2024), the manifesto of a mad scientist, a depiction Nikola resisted for years that ultimately became an embraced part of his persona as he finally takes on the lab coat of a genre-defying artist he was bound to become.
His documented, unwavering discipline has transformed into nothing less than rituals that are performed daily, securing him the grace of the muse as a result.
With Kornukopiya, Scalameriya ventures beyond the ordinary and dashes to the forefront of avant-garde club music, evading the shackles of conventional techno yet again while he effortlessly showcases his limitless hyperphantasia across 25 tracks, each as relentless and articulate as the other, making this album an auditory opulence for listeners eager to experience more than just a simple interaction between an effective kick and a random blip.
Always remaining conceptual, worshiping the idea and imagination as sacred phenomena, this time he consolidates the ever-recurring motifs of sci-fi, danger, and weight in his music with the mystical, bringing forth coherent displays of sound that, collectively as an album, emit an uncanny fusion of mechanical ferocity and ethereal enchantment.
At the moment, Kornukopiya can be considered Scalameriya's "magnum opus", but with his merciless pursuit of the apex of sound design, this statement will likely be rendered obsolete in the blink of an eye.

When Aljoscha's father placed cassettes of jungle, ambient and drum'n'bass in the hands of his seven-year-old son, he had no idea that he had just passed on to him the soundtrack of his life.

This heritage of multiple textures has been transformed into multiple aliases, including AJO, a character who transcends the boundaries of genres and time.

Signed to labels such as Electric Shapes and Mana Abundance, AJO invokes tribal elements and inter-astral electronic sounds. A primitive, almost animal quest dances between the German producer's synthesizers.

His new album, ‘God Is A Single Infinite Painting That Has No Frame’, adds to his psychedelic ambient and EBM-tinged electrooid explorations. Four remixes by YADÜ, La Serpiente, HyperLili and Théo Muller add an even more contemplative dimension to this opus, released on Ethos Records.
