Knife presenta Llimbs; el seudónimo que utiliza el artista maltés Hagen Ebejer para su proyecto musical. Comenzó a producir música y actuar a principios de la década de 2000, a pesar de que la mayor parte de su trabajo no estaba publicado.
El proyecto Llimbs comenzó en 2016 con un debut en el aclamado club alemán Tresor. El inicio de este proyecto fue desarrollar y explorar un estilo experimental.
Ésta mezcla se adentra en un tema oscuro/rítmico/conceptual y, en ocasiones, combina una serie de pistas para ofrecer diferentes experiencias de ellas.

Knife presents Llimbs; the pseudonym which Maltese artist Hagen Ebejer goes by for his musical project. He started producing music and performing in the early 2000’s, even though the majority of his work was unreleased. The Llimbs project kicked off in 2016 with a debut at the acclaimed German club Tresor. The inception of this project was to develop and explore an experimental style.
This mix delves into a dark/rhythmic/conceptual theme and at times combines a number of tracks to offer different experiences of them.

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Vera Spektor. Active since the mid 2000s, he has released material on seminal underground labels like Third Type Tapes, Ekar and Stripe999. He now returns with a new EP, La Guerra Delle Forme, on Pressured Speech Productions. In the spirit of the year that was, Spektor offers a look at the concrete settings left empty by modern life. Heavy industrial experiments gives way to surges of electronic force as the release moves through an array of blackened atmospheres and captures the struggles of our time. Today we premiere the excellent Golden Bludgeon.

The Brvtaist is pleased to premiere a new track from L-Shape. Formed in the UK in 2016, L-Shape is the experimental electronic project. of David Hartmann who describes his sonic signature as Violent Sound / Beautiful Noise. L-Shape sculpts vast walls of sound that crash and fracture into caustic glitches, textures and rapid-fire assaults of polyrhythmic percussion. The sonic palette is expansive, transcendent, isolationist, ecstatic and utterly devastating in its savage beauty, a soundtrack for the end of the world.

Swarm is the project’s second release and comes on London’s Khemia Records. The result is a powerful, fully immersive offering which will leave you unraveling the layers even after multiple listens. Today we premiere the title track, “Swarm”, which is an excellent opener to the EP and quickly plunges us into the depths of sound, mood and atmosphere that is difficult to leave once entering.

Fellow Frenchmen The Hacker and Commuter take their inspiration from the TV series, Chernobyl to create an imaginary soundtrack for their collaborative EP on Cultivated Electronics, which has already been on full throttle in 2021 with releases by DMX Krew, London Modular Alliance, Morphology and Maelstrom across both CE and sister label, CE Ltd.

Here they deliver three new punchy electro tracks that convey their love of vintage electronics and machine funk, but with a modern touch that will hit all the right notes for electro fans, with names like ‘Roentgen’ (a unit of measurement for the exposure of X-rays and gamma rays) and ‘RBMK’ (Chernobyl’s nuclear power reactor).

The EP includes the added treat of a remix by MMT-8, otherwise known as Ed Upton (DMX Krew) and label head Phil Bolland (Sync 24) who deliver an escalated reworking of ‘RBMK’.

@hundredcrusades is the main project of Ethan Lambeau from Belgium, heavily influenced by the current Industrial and electronic body music scene. Hundred Crusades made several appearances on various labels like Acero Records, Voltage Tension, Soil Records, Cutspoons Records & Apéritif de la Mort.

Ethan has two other projects: "Lost Affair", a terrific and sombre project of Drone Noise, mixing lots of moments of Musique Concrète & Sound Collage to create a very dynamic atmosphere, somewhat cinematic, but always haunting. His first mini-album has been released on the obscure label called SVNARX.
And his last project, called "Murdered DJ" is a rave-like fast tempo project tinted of Hard Techno/Gabber & Acid music elements.

Diverse in rhythm, the EP's four tracks agitate singular sonic particles and timbres that bear the acousmatic and electroacoustic approach of the artist. Today we present the lead track on the EP which is a powerful, textured piece which recalls everything from industrial, techno and more to create a unique sound which is built for any situation.
