In this first sample segment of Burka Burka, host Umnia Khan talks to Laura Zinger, the producer and director of the documentary "Proceed and Be Bold" about iconic American printmaker, Amos Paul Kennedy.  Laura talks about a journey from the "forbidden" stacks in the basement of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign library to meeting Amos Paul Kennedy and being asked to make a documentary about his work.  Laura Zinger is currently finishing her 2nd documentary, following another acclaimed artist, Nicole Hollander, creator of the Tribune syndicated comic, Sylvia.
