After stepping into the drum & bass scene in 2015, L.E.X who is a self-taught DJ has made her mark with some stellar performances across the UK. L.E.X has graced popular venues in both cities such as Stealth, Motion, Lakota, Thekla, Stokes Croft beer garden and regularly at popular weekly Bristol event Shotgun Sessions.  

In July 2019 she formed up and coming powerhouse trio Nuance with best friends and fellow DJ’s Averse and Clouwds. Since their formation, they have already cut their teeth at a whole host of popular events in Bristol!

Blog entry #21 - Hailing from Adelaide, Australia, missledz relocated to the UK in 2017 with an intention to immerse herself in the rich music culture for which it’s renowned.  With a reputation for eclectic, energetic and technical DJ sets, she has graced the decks at institutions such as Cross Club, The Volks, Steelyard, Thekla, Purple Turtle and more.

missledz has released on labels such as Lifestyle Music, Boey Audio, Noxious Records, Strictly Deep DNB, Liquid Brilliants, Headsbass and Bare Necessity Records..  Her tracks have received support from artists such as Fre4knc, Quadrant & Iris, Revaux, Dilemma, and Toronto is Broken, and several of these have notably received airplay on Rene LaVice’s BBC Radio 1 show.

Last year, missledz was involved in the inaugural Dub Wars production battle and has also joined Bristol collectives Rotations and Concrete Jungyals as a resident. The future is looking bright, with a number of releases and collaborations in the pipeline.

missledz takes us on a 90 minute journey into drum and bass!

The Burner Brothers is a name that has become synonymous with drum and bass culture in the United States of America. Comprised of founding members DJ Seen and CT Burners, this dynamic New York City-based duo has left a lasting mark on the scene throughout their illustrious career. With an impressive discography and a reputation for delivering high-energy DJ sets, The Burner Brothers continue to push boundaries and evolve within the genre.

Since their debut on the legendary Rawkus/Rawkuts imprint in 1999, The Burner Brothers have garnered attention with their releases on esteemed labels such as Jungle Sky, Subsonik Sound, and their very own imprint, Patrol The Skies. Most recently, they unleashed their highly anticipated full-length album, "One For The Road," to critical acclaim.
