Another Chinese Cuisine we absolutely love (and many people do) is Hot Pot aka 打邊盧(Da Bin Lo) or 火鍋 🔥 To Us and to many - we see this as the perfect meal for the winter. The concept being very simple - a pot with simmering broth heated up by a portable burner in the middle of the table - accompanied by different meats, vegetables and ingredients.
