Tom Barber is an avid music lover. Simply put his selections go deeper than most, whether that be warehouse techno, sunrise house or occasionally a hint of drum and bass. Baring in mind he has only been mixing for a couple of years he really does have an ear for proper music. He takes inspiration from every corner of electronic music, from East End Dubs to Mella Dee to Jesse Maas and Josh Baker. Developing a sound that has flavours from all aspects of house music, DV8 has put together an hour of tasteful tech house. No gimmicks, no mucking about this is an hour of music you can turn up loud and have a knees up to.

From a production standpoint, DV8 likes to keep things a little more underground. Taking inspiration from artists such as Leo Pol, Oden&Fatzo and Sweely. Only to be described as house with a helpful scoop of glitchy, groovy flavour.

Keep an eye on both DV8 and Hotwire as they both push the boundaries on the idea of a 'brand', continually bringing us more and more content both for DJ/Producers and avid house heads.
