Get Lucky (TheCelloGuys)

The Cello Guys are two Anglo-Dutch brothers who’ve been busking with their cellos since 2010. They are classically trained, but enjoy playing rock music on their instruments as well. They take inspiration from Muse, Skrillex, 2Cellos and Shostakovich. Laurens Price-Nowak (16) studies cello at the Junior Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, is Principal Cellist at the London Schools Symphony Orchestra, and is a member of the Oxford based alternative band No Agenda. Lukas Price-Nowak (14) plays drums and percussion as well as cello – he’s just back from a tour of Slovenia with the Oxfordshire Schools’ Symphony Orchestra. The Cello Guys have become somewhat of an attraction on the streets of Oxford and are regularly asked to perform at local events.
