The c.i.p.h.e.r. is a yearlong program and lifelong network 
for youth between 13 and 30 years old that combats the indifference and divide of our society with awareness, articulation and action. It facilitates an international Hip Hop cultural dialogue to create a community of engaged artists that represent and honor the roots, elements and true purpose of Hip Hop to create social change.

Youth will collaborate virtually with other youth from different countries (Belgium, The Netherlands & Germany) during two workshops per month. The purpose is to create original music, video and other creative arts on topics that matter to them and their community (e.g.: education, healthy relationships, identity, environmental issues, etc.). Furthermore they will meet each other 
and create and perform together during a youth exchange in Berlin, Germany and Antwerp, Belgium. 

This edition (September 2015 – June 2016) is the first phase of ‘The c.i.p.h.e.r.’ with the long term intention to connect Europe, Africa and United States in the next editions.
