"Sofia" is another one beautiful instrumental tune ,which is dedicated to my 
lovely daughter -Sofia. I know ,that considering the fact that children tune should be happy and written in major scale, however my style and way to write my music is more directed to minor ,even a bit sad  mood. 
The most important for me was to make this music catchy and melodic as much as I could, to make this peace the same innocent and pure as a child. And as always Kosta Vreto halped me to achieve that final result! His  contribution s are really important and 
irreplaceable.
"Sofia" is written in classic instrumental rock style and if you noticed, the actual tune , could easily become lyrics. 
When my daughter Sofia,  listened to this song , she liked it , but asked why there are no words. I replied then , that "sometimes music speaks for itself, sometimes there is no need to add words, music has the power to speak to you and to get deep into your soul".Probably those were the best wards till now I ve said to her.

"Cloud pilot" as a song was written i January 2020 ,just a month after we changed our name from " Sandro Projects" to "The Cloud Pilot".
I was looking to give passion and power to this song. It took longer time due to covid pandemic to complete this track. However after some time we managed to bring all pieces together in one beautiful, dynamic and promising result. 

Here I would like to remind you ,that the person who gave the name to our band was Kosta Vreto as well as all producing and recording works on this track. On vocals was Mariangela Arapogidou and with participation of Kosta this song became exactly like i was imaging it.

In the beginning of creation "Cloud pilot" I was imagining a lonely pilot ,who was very in love with his plane and the sky. He admired the birds and always wanted to get there , closer to the sun.
Finally, the story of a lonely ,dreamful and desperate pilot, who managed to bring his dream to reality and conquered the sky!
There is even some  massages in this song that remind us to coniniue your battle with life ,never give up and always remember that it`s us who have the power to rule our fate!
The music also was meant to be strong and resolute as the lyrics and at the end all perfectly merged in one piece.
   
This song is one of my favourite and it`s on number 20

This melody as usually visited my mind as one gorgeous and proud melody. 
With lyrics of course was not so easy.
However it took me around 4 evenings to finish this song.
 I decided to give him this name 
"Street of dreams" inspired from the homonym hit of my favourite classic rock band "Rainbow".
I'm really happy that the song bacame that great , gorgeous and probably epic!

This track is totally dedicated to my mother land, despite the fact that i was not born there.
"Ena karavi" means - one ship". I wrote this song about 12 years ago, however 2 years ago , as usually happens with my old songs, I changed some of the lyrics , added new chorus and found the voice for this song. It was a Greek talented singer from my city Thessaloniki -  Panos  Dovas !

My this creation is the continue of the trilogy - Freedom.
Comparing with the first "Freedom", that one is calm and a bit melancholic. We decided to make this track in a different mood from the original recording. 
I believe ,that sadness is on the way to freedom. In this world , to achieve something very important and valuable , there will be always sad ,and sometimes even dreadful casualties on this way. Nothing great will never come easy. The way is hard and painful, however the final result is apotheotic ! For the ages and ages ,we , human kind, never learned to leave in peace... and still need to resist to the aggressor.
So ,let the freedom to come to those who bravely fight for it!

Gliding sun is our first improvisation ,that comes out of our original music. We usually follow the direction of classic rock , but not this time.
Kosta Vreto, our primary and the best in his kind music engineer, suggested me to try something different ,with electronic sound and liked and approved the idea. Maybe this is not our best track, however Im sure , there are plenty people who would love this beautiful and soothing melody.  Enjoy !

My story, like "Sandro Projects" and after as "The cloud pilot" started with this rocky song on 30 of January 2018,which is the date of my launched solo project.(however ,that song was published in CD baby, later in November 2019)
This song follows quick rocky tempo, full of electric guitars solos, nice melody and interesting lyrics.
Probably, because I`m Greek , I decided to write my first track ,in my native language - Greek.
Despite this crazy rocky rhythm , there is a little philosophic meaning in this song, that at chorus, mentions our thoughts ,which 
needs to be clear, because afterwords they are coming back to us as reality.    
Usually I don`t spend too much time to write a song, if something started to come into my mind like lyrics, to write music after that 
is easy part for me. Something like this ,happened and with my this first song.That was flash track! It was written in about 2 hours!
Like with all the following songs, I wrote the music and the lyrics for this song, at the same time.
Also, I would like to mention , that "Avrio" is just my first track as "Sandro Projects", before that  I wrote other 12 songs in Greek 
and about 25 songs in Russian languages.However , my final decision was to write my tracks in English.

Hello ,Im Alex from Greece ! ( full name :Alexandros Soilemezidis) Alex Solo is my artist name. I came in London in 2015  from North Greece (Thessaloniki). Very glad to be here and to present to you my first release " Once upon a time" All started in my deep childhood when i was 7 years old. and I could not imagine myself living in this world without one thing, Their Majesty - Music. Then , i was just a crazy fan of music, till everything changed , when i got my first guitar. But however I started to play guitar and write music when i became 31. Probably ,because I`m left handed,it was difficult to get left handed guitar at that time and it took more time for me to understand what i really like and love to do in my life. I always liked different kind of music, like rock,disco ,reggae but my real love was always rock`n`roll. So,in my music i took ideas from all kind of different music that i like. My style looks like something relaxing and melodic , full of beautiful scales and improvisations, it`s like making the guitar "gently weep and silently cry" ,you will probably feel like it`s traveling you far above the landscapes in the amazing world of Music. Sweet and nice, soft and colorful, light and non boring . Of course it`s my opinion about my music. I think every composer likes what he does and what he creates. And you know it`s important for me to know your opinion about my music, and what does it reminds you , what style , or performers , singers, guitarists. My music surely will like all those who likes melodic, relaxing and beautiful music,and also the sound and wonderful performance and sound of electric guitar. “Mama I know” one more time ,is a rocky ,melodic song with nice melody and very positive lyrics. This song is dedicated to the most precious person in everyone`s life
 - to Mother. 

I was on my English course, when after mentioned that I 
write music and songs , my teacher asked me if I have any song about home. I said that I don`t but I kept it in my mind and after about 1 month I decided to write a song about mother and home. And here we are !

If you had heart the original composition that i made, you would be very surprised how the melody can change it mood and what can be created for a just an early whistle of melody, when it came to my mind
Truely this trasformation was not mine, but Kosta Vreto`s who made the full performing and produsing works on that track .
This melody can bring to your mind beautiful memories, can relax you next to the fire with a jar of whiskey, it can travel you to any existent or mythical destination, it can heal your soul if you really close to music, it can accompany you and your partner when you make love...It can give you whatever you want ,cause music has this power to connect your reality with your inner world.

 "12 Angels",

Its actually a waltz, and they always are nice to hear, so whatever will be the melidy, at the end it will be nice.

First, this track was consisted of 3 different solos I wrote on different time. One day I noticed that all 3 tracks have the same rhythm and mood.
Finally , we decided to merge all 3 pieces into one composition.
The result was amazing ! 
"Rock after midnight" is one more ideal and genius  cooperation of my music and Kosta`s Vreto significant and precious contribution on this track. Beginning from mood made and finalizing with guitar recording, mixing and mastering the work.   
Amazing, beautiful melodies accompanied by unbelievable, unreachable shredding's on different electric guitars ,performed by Kosta.
