MOTL2 is Big Cleve’s latest release following his break out release Generation of Grey (2013), which solidified him as one of CHH’s most promising artist. MOTL2 is the second release by Cleve in this mixtape series in which he shows his listeners that even in the midst of despair and turmoil there is still hope. In this first chapter Big Cleve motivates his audience to conquer their fears as he challenges them to “Take No Days Off.”.

Marques Evans, a.k.a. Big Cleve, was born in the inner city of Cleveland, Ohio. Growing up in the city of Cleveland, Big Cleve saw many things at an early age. Life was not easy being the second eldest of four boys living on Cleveland’s northeast side. Marques was raised in church and even preached his first sermon at the early age of twelve. He at an early age experienced the tension between the pull of God and the pull of the streets.

Since that time he has grown exponentially in the Faith and in the Word! He has served in the Kingdom of our Lord and Savior for the past eleven years. During this time the Lord has used Marques to minister to various denominations, cultures, churches, youth organizations and fellowships across the United States. He has become a well-known, sought after speaker to this generation for the purpose of ministering the Word on a level that is relevant but uncompromising! Marques has a tremendous love for Truth, the simplicity of the faith and reality of kingdom living. His heart’s desire to see this generation saved has led him to start The Revolution 216 an inner city church plant in Cleveland, Ohio where he is Pastor.
