My dear sister Alisa Castilla joined me to discuss the role of women in church leadership/ministry and the marketplace. Alisa is an entrepreneur, teacher, and speaker whose perspectives gave a hopeful yet challenging resolution on this topic. Together, we wrestle with the question by addressing specific scriptures and experiences. I hope this first episode will challenge you to look at the scripture and start dialogue with other men and women to find your resolution no matter where you stand.
