Exos is an artist with loads of experience: he has put out more than twenty vinyl records and four albums since he debuted at age 17. He has described Iceland, and the island’s raw and untouched nature, as the inspiration for the energy of his music. Exos always seem to surprise his listeners with his atmospheric electronics. Nastia Reigel started out by throwing illegal dance parties in Siberia when she was 18. That tenacity and dedication later found her in St.Petersburg in 2018, launching the first-ever queer techno parties in town called Грань (Grahn’), which was written up in Dazed Magazine few times. In between she spent years accumulating mixing techniques and selection skills that have gave her a unique voice as a musician and DJ, along with a busy touring schedule in Russia, Western Europe, Australia, and North and South America. Nastia's obsession with achieving deeper understanding of electronic music, modern art and constant development of techno sound finds its reflection in her mixes and production. Her vinyl releases 'Trust, Intimacy' and 'Disarm To Surrender' on Enemy Records demonstrate a perfect balance of artistic taste, technical ability and has already garnered support from established techno musicians. April of 2020 saw her appearance on Token records release. January 2021 she released new EP on NonSeries that showed her excellent producer skills. As a multidisciplinary artist, Nastia has written music for several art-house films, which has broadened her scope as musician well beyond techno, to various other experimental audio and visual projects. One of them is her post-punk alias Rosa Damask that first appeared in Vatican Shadow’s Berghain Mix 09; soon after, she
released an album on his widely revered Hospital Productions label. In 2021 she released next album on Atlanta’s DKA label and started to perform live.

Quelza @ Tresor Berlin 10.06.2022 I 5 Hours Closing

@madalba was born in July 1985 in Bari, south of Italy. From a very young age, her musical interests moved across a broad spectrum, going from house and dance music to rock and punk leading her lastly to techno and club-culture.

At age 22 she approached the local scene as Djane with numerous performances in the club circuit of Bari. Through the years she has developed a continued and careful respect of the musical experience. She moved to Berlin in 2011 started djing with only vinyl records.

This helped her to build a strong reputation as an underground techno DJ, providing opportunity for her to play in clubs such as Tresor, About Blank, SchwuZ, SO36 and Mikz in Berlin where she lives today.

In September 2011, she spent one month in Detroit where she started the collaboration with DJ Seoul, Tom and Angie Linder of Detroit Techno Militia. This travel has definitely and radically changed her approach to the techno concept, which she considers more a political and social phenomenon and a lifestyle than just a musical genre.

Back to Berlin she immediately came into contact with the queer scene, then in full bloom, building a network primarily of interpersonal relationships based on mutual support and collaboration, a network that naturally strengthens over the years, leading her to basically all queer realities of the city and beyond. At the same time she cultivated her main profession as a trauma surgeon in a historically male-dominated environment which strengthens her awareness of her role as a woman in a still strongly male-dominated society.

Thanks to these solid experiences she became resident of the party Homopatik, at the time the flagship of the Berlin queer reality.

Her first releases on vinyl came out in 2014 on DTM-Label (Detroit) and Arkita Records (Berlin), the label that she spawned together with Synkopheit till 2016.

In 2017 she launched her own record label Future D\'e9j\'e0 Vu releasing 5 EP respectively by Transient X4, Ken Karter, Mannella a.k.a. DHARAXT, Phontonz & Shcuro, Rage Therapy.

In September 2017 she played her first house set for the summer closing of the Berlin party Buttons.

In Summer 2018 Madalba became resident dj at the historical club Tresor in Berlin. The same year she collaborated with the London based crew Aria with a party series in the UK capital.

Currently she is techno resident dj and co-organizer of the party Buttons in About teaming with Danilo Rosato, Anna Bolena, Jabob Meehan, Shingo Suwa, Akirahawks and Paolo Di Nola.

Over the years, his awareness of the communicative power of his role as a DJ not an end in itself but always aimed at creating a network based on the basic values of absolute respect for all forms of diversity, has been strengthened to the point carrier of all her artistic and interpersonal expressions.

Here, @madalba delivers a 5h hours stunning set recorded straight from the @tresorberlin booth.

@boris is kind of a charismatic, multifunctional weapon in the Berlin club life. His musical roots reach back to the mid 80s, when he lived in New York for four years where he absorbed the unique spirit of the seminal club Paradise Garage weekend after weekend. From the Club’s mentor Larry Levan Boris learned to believe in his musical intuition as well as a broad musical spectrum, which nowadays ranges from Disco, Hi-NRG, Post-Punk and (Kraut-) Rock to House and Techno, all of which Boris loves to throw into one set. “Music was most important for Levan. He was uncompromising and he knew how to convey it. That’s what I’m trying to achieve, too, when I’m djing.”

Many years later, Boris became a resident at Panorama Bar’s first incarnation in Berlin, where he was able to build a loyal following by playing long sets lasting until noon. “The crowd is always a lot more receptive for music at the end than at the beginning. That’s when I rather have the opportunity to present unusual stuff and that’s when I’m able to let my feelings run freely.”

After the old OstGut/Panorama Bar closed in 2003, Boris played in almost every club in Berlin, but when the follow up club Berghain opened its doors in 2004, he quickly focused on playing out here again. From 2005 till 2010 he had another musical platform, as he was taking care of the label Careless Records as an A&R. As a DJ, he is not exactly keen on refining a certain genre, but rather to push music with a certain twist.
