catchy new single 'lost in translation’. Running with 
the theme of online dating, she explores the pitfalls of 
dating someone from a different country, and the inevitable 
cultural and language confusion that arises. A mouth piece of the 
phone generation, she speaks of using her phone as the third 
person in the relationship, the modern chaperone, providing the 
translation. Throwing COVID and Brexit into the mix, these star 
cross lovers seem destined to be kept apart. Once again, 
Coupdekat provides us with a glimps into the many fustrations of a
modern relationship.
