In January 2010, Steven, Gilberto, Antoine and Patrick’s love of American style blues brought them together for the first time and the result, The Creepers. The passion of the band since that first day is the raw tone, the dynamics of a Friday night roadhouse, the energy blues lovers can feel at their favourite live performances.

The first year established The Creepers into the Malta music arena taking on the club scene and popular events such as the Marsovin Wine Festival, the main stage at the Farsons Beer Fest, and Valletta’s unique Notte Bianca. They opened for the festival popular UK blues-rock band The Brew, and in December crowned the year being chosen by Dire Straights founder David Knopfler to open for one of his live performances at the historical Manoel Theatre. What a year!

Their live performances produce rich tone from traditional tube amps delivering the Delta blues electrified, following the historic roads from the deep South to the south side of Chicago, then over to California and back. The Creepers cite notable influences from Junior Parker and Little Walter to Ronnie Earl and Mark Hummel, a blend which culminates into a house rockin’ blowout every time The Creepers take the stage.

This demo was recorded live in studio without overdubs to capture the groove, tone and energy The Creepers bring to every live gig.
