This is a recording of the set I played at a sold-out Glitterbox in De Marktkantine Amsterdam on 25 January 2020.
 
Since the main room was full on disco with grandmeisters Dimitri from Paris, Mousse T and Shapeshifters and I was asked to play a closing set I decided it would be appropriate to concentrate on the more housy vibes of the Glitterbox spectrum.
 
Due to another booking, I missed hearing my heroes play the main room, however, I witnessed the last 15 minutes of Glitterbox resident Melvo Baptiste... and he had the place rocking!
 
It’s unfortunate I didn’t have a mic to record the crowd reaction: that would have certainly enhanced the listening back experience... my Dutchie crowd went wild!
 
I was supposed to play till 4am but the room was still so packed that the organisation asked me to continue playing... with so many gems left unplayed I was happy to oblige!
 
I wish to thank Glitterbox again for the trust of having me perform at such a fantastic night. And I can’t say this enough: a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful, crazy and loyal Amsterdam crowd that have supported me for so many years. I appreciate each and every one of you from the depths of my soul.

SLAM! MIXMARATHON PRESENTS QUARANTAINE FESTIVAL!
Clubs zijn gesloten, festivals zijn gecanceld, de wereld zit op slot. Maar de vierkwartsmaat houdt je niet tegen! SLAM! organiseert deze vrijdag voor de derde keer het grootste virusvrije festival voor alle danceliefhebbers ter wereld: het Quarantaine Festival!
Na twee hele vette edities gaan ze het deze vrijdag nog een keer doen: het derde Quarantaine Festival!
Deze keer hebben ze een aantal hele bijzondere locaties gefixt waar de DJ’s vandaan zullen komen. Zo staan Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano op de SS Rotterdam, komt Blasterjaxx uit Beekse Bergen en staat La Fuente tussen de achtbanen in Toverland. Twaalf uur lang zijn er live sets te zien en te horen via SLAM!, SLAM! TV en het SLAM! Music kanaal op YouTube. Hoe tof is dat?
Het Quarantaine Festival is vanaf 12:00 uur live te volgen op YouTube en gaat door tot 0:00 uur 's nachts. Op vrijdag moet er natuurlijk gedanst worden, dus we maken van je huiskamer een quarantaineclub! Na 00:00 gaat onze reguliere MixMarathon natuurlijk gewoon verder. Dus, dance- én MixMarathon liefhebbers opgelet, ZORG DAT JE ER BIJ BENT!
